We feel very very fortunate to have had the opportunity to create Ewa and Jason’s floral for their classic wedding celebration at The Whitney in downtown Detroit. Ewa and Jason consider themselves born in the wrong century, they both have a very vintage style which they beautifully incorporated into their wedding decor. She had an amazing vision for the grand stiarcase at The Whitney which we were very excited to be apart of! Each table had stacks of old books surrounded by lush garland, lots of candles, and towers of baby’s breath. The books also doubled as their guest favors! Ewa’s bridal bouquet was very elegant featuring white garden roses, queen anne’s lace, seeded eucalyptus, and long cascading strands of ivy. Her dress had a beaded bodice with a tulle skirt and we just loved the groom’s attire with his top hat and cane! Their reception was filled with lots of polish traditions and dancing under the lights of the gorgeous gardens of The Whitney.
